About this project
In 2018, we acquired a monumental former municipal building full of character. Throughout the transformation, we made it a priority to preserve as many original elements as possible. The result is a beautiful blend of historic appeal and contemporary living comfort.
The main building has been converted into 9 high-quality, sustainable residences, where modern convenience and authentic details come together seamlessly. On the surrounding plot, plans have been developed for 8 newly constructed residential units, bringing the total project to 17 luxury, future-proof homes.
With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and the unique history of the location, this development creates a distinctive living environment that both honors and revitalizes the heritage of Nieuwe Pekela.
