As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, I am honored to share the story behind our company—a story rooted in entrepreneurship, resilience, and a deep passion for shaping meaningful spaces. My journey began in Savannah, Georgia, where I first discovered the transformative potential of real estate. What started as purchasing and renovating homes quickly evolved into a commitment to revitalizing properties with care, creativity, and vision.
In 2019, I made the life-changing decision to relocate to the Netherlands. Becoming an expat offered me not only a new home, but also a new perspective. Immersing myself in a different culture—and a country known for its forward-thinking approach to design and sustainability—shaped my understanding of what modern development can and should be.
LTSV was built from these experiences. We are more than a development company—we are a reflection of growth, adaptability, and a belief that every project should improve the lives of those it touches. As Managing Director, I oversee the strategic execution and operational excellence that define LTSV's approach to real estate development. With deep roots in the Dutch market and years of analytical experience in real estate, I bring a methodical, data-driven perspective to every project we undertake.
My background is built on thorough market analysis, financial modeling, and a comprehensive understanding of the Netherlands' unique real estate landscape. At LTSV, my role focuses on ensuring every project is grounded in solid fundamentals: strategic location analysis, rigorous financial planning, and sustainable execution.
The Dutch market presents unique opportunities, particularly in expat housing and adaptive reuse of existing structures. My local expertise, combined with LTSV's innovative approach, allows us to navigate regulatory environments, secure strategic acquisitions, and deliver projects that serve both investors and residents exceptionally well.
