In early 2024, we acquired the former Rabobank office in Den Helder. After an extensive design phase with our architect, we succeeded in configuring 174 modern residential units within the existing structure. Once completed, the building will provide accommodation for 348 expats, offering a sustainable, contemporary, and high-quality living environment.
The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
